My entire family loves these smoked geese. I have never had a scrap left between three or four people! They can't get enough. The ease of preparation is extraordinary. I don't know if I will ever brine / cook a turkey again at thanksgiving! Unfortunately, I can only afford one once or twice a year.

This was my first experience with goose and it was delicious! I served it for Christmas dinner and the family really enjoyed it. Next time I will order breasts as the whole bird doesn't render that much meat.

All I can say is Wow! Our smoked goose was everything we hoped it would be! I highly recommend! Delivery was fast and I got the privilege of making a picture perfect meal!
