The goose arrived frozen, was well plucked and did not contain excess water or fat. The flavor was cooked. I definitely recommend and will order again next time I want to have a goose.

Easy web site navigation,  check out procedure was effortless.
Our Goose came well packed in an insulated box still frozen very solid, and it was $30 less than our local butcher wanted for the same size goose.

Beautiful bird.  Cooked wonderfully.  I did brine in the goose before cooking which made preparation even easier.
