Smoked Goose Breast

The goose breast was extremely salty for me. It tasted a little like bacon and I eat bacon. This is the first time I've ever eaten goose breast. I would imagine it is a product that could be used successfully as an appetizer. It's size would indicate that this is the case. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who has to monitor their salt intake.

This is a really tasty item that can be eaten independent of other items, but I liked mixing it in with cooked and well seasoned vegetables and other meat choices.
