Only wish that I had ordered the goose, that I ordered from HomeGrown Meats in La Jolla, but came from you, and the legs earlier to save shipping. Next time!
Also, your website for recipes could be more efficient as seems to have unnecessary steps, but still appreciate. Since read article in Saveur about your farm, though may have read it when it was published.

Young Goose Leg Quarters

This was my first attempt with goose and I choose the leg quarters which seemed a manageable size. It was very tasty and easy to prepared with a lot of goose fat that I froze for later use. I appreciate the free shipping and would order this again. Thank you.
